Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bricklandco. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, exchange, or store credit. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, except where required by law.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all original tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), pet hair, and makeup marks
  • Returned in their original packaging, where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer and will not be refunded.

3. Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Your Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability
  • Store credit issued as a gift card code, valid for [12 months / no expiration]

5. Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for shipping depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the cost of return shipping in full, and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
  • Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other customer-preference returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund unless you choose store credit.

6. How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and ship it back within [30] days of receiving your label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional [3–5] business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Store credit and exchange confirmations are typically issued within [1–3] business days.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We’ll make it right with a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

9. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discount (excluding Final Sale items) are eligible for return under the same terms as full-priced items. Refunds for discounted items will reflect the price actually paid.
